We noted some issues on the Silvercloud Travels website when we came on board. We discovered that the design on the website was not appealing to the visitors. The website was not mobile friendly which is a great disadvantage for the brand. The website was also complex and easy to navigate. Customers don’t have a good experience on the website because there’s no one to answer their questions. There were also no informative features on the website.

We also integrated an online payment feature to help their customers pay on the website. There was an installation of chatbots. A blog page was also set up to help provide their customers with adequate information about travels and adventure. We transformed the website and made it mobile friendly since most people use their mobile devices more.
